Marrowmage is the founding member of Mouse Eye Media, and outside of his VTuber persona, has over 10 years of experience in professional audio. Starting his career in freelance music engineering, he has gone on to earn a BA degree in sound design and interactive media. Now a passionate VTuber himself, he's looking to provide a much needed service to his fellow creators.

COMMISSION INFO

Boring, but super important stuff so that all parties feel confident and protected!

Commissions may contain "sample" content (e.g. drum loops). This is to lower the cost to the client by saving production time. All samples used are copyright safe, and legally obtained.Please prepare as many references as you can in advance of the starting date. These can be:- Images (such as art of your model)
- Similar pieces of music to what you'd like
- Lore for your VTuber character

All commissions include something called a "synchronization license." This gives you permission to publish the music only if accompanied by video content. This means that you can use it for promo, live streams, and VOD content, but cannot upload it to a service like Spotify. This license does not cover uploads to YouTube in which the music provided is the primary content (e.g. lyric videos).If you wish to purchase additional licensing for other commercial purposes, the details can be negotiated via direct message.Appropriate credit is required for all commissions. This can be in the form of a bot !command in your livestream, the artist badge on your livestream, or in the panels/description on your primary content platforn.

It's preferred that any communication regarding your commission is done through Twitter, so that there is permanent evidence of the working correspondance. Depending on the needs of the project, communications may move to other platforms, such as Discord. Please keep in mind that any correspondence outside of Twitter that is related to the project will be recorded via screenshots for safety.You can expect a message approximately a week before work on your project is ready to start.You will be provided with regular updates as the project progresses. It's very important that you feel happy with how the music is developing.If a WIP is provided to you, but no feedback/communication is returned within a week, then your project may be moved to the back of the current commission queue.

All presented prices are based on an estimate of how much time a commission will take to complete. If a project is at risk of exceeding that estimate, fair notice will be given and you (the client) can choose whether to wrap up the project ASAP, or pay additional fees to extend the work done on the piece.All commissions require a 50% cost down payment on/before the day the work on it begins. The other 50% is to be payed before delivery of the final product.2 minor revisions can be made within 2 weeks of delivering the finished product. Any major revisions can be done at additional cost, but at the composers discretion.Payments can be done through PayPal invoice, or anonymously through Ko-fi.
